How often do you really take your Infiniti in for major service?

Hi everyone, I have owned my Infiniti Q50 for almost three years now and honestly it has been smooth sailing until recently. Lately I have noticed the ride feeling a little rough and the engine sounds different when I accelerate. Nothing dramatic but enough to make me wonder if I have been neglecting the schedule. I am one of those people who only thinks about the car when something feels wrong and I know that is a bad habit especially with a luxury vehicle. My friend told me that Infinitis need proper attention at certain mileage points otherwise small issues turn into expensive nightmares. So I finally sat down and looked at my service history and realized I have only done oil changes here and there. I have never done any of the bigger check ups like transmission fluid or belt replacements. Now I am trying to figure out what actually needs to be done at this stage. I came across a shop that offers Infiniti major and minor maintenance services and it got me thinking whether I should just go for a full inspection or stick to the basic minor service first. The car has around 85,000 kilometers on it. Does that count as major territory yet? I drive mostly in the city but I do take it on long highway trips maybe twice a month. I am not looking to spend a fortune but I also do not want to ruin my car by being cheap. If any of you have been through this with your Infiniti around the same mileage I would really love to know what you ended up doing. Did you notice a big difference after a major service? Also how do you know if a garage is actually doing all the steps or just charging you for things they did not touch. I have trust issues after a bad experience with my previous car where they billed me for a coolant flush and later I found out it was never done. So any advice on what to ask or check before handing over the keys would be a huge help. I really love this car and want to keep it running well for a few more years without constantly worrying about something breaking down on me. Thanks for reading and I look forward to your suggestions.
