Is Vidalista safe for everyone?
Vidalista (Tadalafil) is generally safe for most men when taken under a doctor’s supervision, but it is not suitable for everyone. The medication works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow to the penis, helping men with erectile dysfunction (ED) achieve and maintain erections.
Men with heart disease, low blood pressure, severe liver or kidney problems, or a history of stroke or heart attack should avoid using Vidalista 80 mg unless specifically approved by a doctor. It should also not be taken with nitrate-containing drugs (used for chest pain) or alpha-blockers, as the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Vidalista is not recommended for women, children, or men who do not have ED. People allergic to Tadalafil or any of the tablet’s ingredients should also avoid it.
